As I look at this photograph, the calmness of the scene strikes me first. The water is a mirror, reflecting the sky above, almost indistinguishable from it. I see the reeds and grasses, their tips touching the water, creating ripples that are the only sign of movement in an otherwise still tableau. The sky is a gradient of color, soft and wide, suggesting the quiet time between day and night. It's not just a picture, it's a moment of peace, captured.
The horizon is blurred, where the marsh meets the sky, and the colors blend together - the golden hues of the reeds, the blues and pinks of the sky. As the creator, I personally print, sign, and package every print at my studio in Haliburton, Ontario. These prints are then shipped worldwide via Canada Post free of charge. Therefore, delivery times can vary based on location, anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
Additionally, when traveling and shooting on location, orders placed during these periods will be dispatched upon my return. This may result in delivery times extending to several weeks. However, rest assured that the wait for these unique pieces is well worth it!
