How to Return or Exchange:

Timeframe: If you're looking to return or exchange an artwork, please reach out to me within 30 days of delivery. This window ensures that I can provide you with the best possible service and keep my collection vibrant and fresh.

Start the Process: To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit my contact page and send me a message with your order details and the reason for your return or exchange. I handle every inquiry personally, and I'll guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs: As an independent artist, I ask that buyers cover the return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind and security, as I cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Item Condition: Please return the artwork in its original condition. Art that returns to me damaged, or altered from its original state, might result in a deduction from your refund to cover any loss in value. Your understanding helps me maintain the high standard of my collection.

Refunds and Processing: Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll process your refund. The purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges: Interested in exchanging an item? Please follow the return process outlined above. After the return is finalized, you're welcome to make a new purchase at any time that suits you better.
