Out in Khovd Province, the landscape stretches in every direction—open steppe, rolling hills, and a wide bowl of sky that seems to breathe along with the land. When this eagle hunter charged through the shallow stream, horse kicking up water and the eagle spreading its massive wings overhead, the entire scene felt like it had been pulled straight out of a much older world.
