The Aqua Tower, the photograph's centerpiece, is flanked by two other notable structures. To its left stands the Blue Cross Blue Shield tower, while to the right, the Swissotel building rises. This trio of buildings represents the architectural diversity that makes Chicago a city of outstanding beauty.
In this piece, my focus lies in the abstract attributes of modern architecture - the play of lines, shapes, patterns, textures, contrasts, tones, and the rhythm of repetition.
