Superyacht marina right in the heart of Barcelona, Spain
Port Vell was initially built for the 1992 Olympic Games. But the marina harbor is now one of the world's leading destinations for superyachts. The marina can handle 148 yachts ranging from five meters to so-called "megayachts" up to 190 meters.
I often joke about my experience this calm morning in Barcelona, Spain. About six or seven substantial gorgeous yachts were berthed, one next to the other—every one spectacular in its own right. But in the end, it was a massive yacht that was more than double every other boat. It dwarfed all the other ships. So I joke that no matter how much money you think you have, there is always something bigger - so put things in perspective.
This fine art photographic print of the relatively still harbor in the heart of Barcelona, Spain, features mega yachts and several sailing and catamaran vessels. The sky is blue as the sun has not risen yet, creating a relaxed, crisp feel to the image.
