Govetts Leap at Blackheath in the Blue Mountains
The canyon at Govetts Leap has a spectacular view at any time of day, but it takes on a whole new level when you arrive before sunrise and watches the red sky start to glow red and orange. Sunrises are special. Unlike sunsets, you don’t accidentally stumble upon an incredible light. Instead, you need to earn it by putting yourself in the way of its beauty. The beautiful golden hour sunrise featured in this image evokes a calming feel that I have tried to recreate in the landscape picture.
The Blue Mountains in Australia is a spectacular wilderness where one can find mountain views, sheer cliffs, winding valleys, and stunning waterfalls.
