I love Europe's narrow, cobbled laneways, and Dubrovnik has them in abundance. Take this back street in the old town. The shops are closed, but the character and architecture have remained the same for over a hundred years. The limestone-paved streets run some throughout the ancient historic city.
Dubrovnik is the Mediterranean city known as the 'Pearl of the Adriatic,' where people enjoy the many cultural and historical monuments. Residents of Dubrovnik live a different Mediterranean lifestyle. They live a life made richer by a long gastronomic history and beautiful recipes. There are many sunny days throughout the year, the culture of sipping coffee on the terraces of cafés and taking walks, feeling the positive vibes of this city.
