When out doing street photography and travel photography in general, my goal is to walk away from a scene in the locations 'feeling' the people and the places. I don't try to find some contrived, unrealistic image to post on Instagram to get tons of likes. There are plenty of photographers that purchase likes and followers and upload the same photos repeatedly. But I search for authentic imagery.
Feel the streets of Brasov Romania
This photograph gives the viewer the feel of standing across the street in this old European city and watching the older man walk past retro-looking old and worn buildings. The older gentleman wears a typical hat that one would find in movies. As the viewer's eyes wander around the picture, they will see details in the walls, signs, and windows. They will notice the pleasing pastel colors of the building facade. A local bar is at the base of the building the man is walking past. The upper floor windows where people reside have simple flowers displayed.
